The IETE Kolkata Chapter is one of the prominent regional chapters of IETE, serving professionals and students in West Bengal and neighbouring states. Situated in Kolkata's Electronics Complex at Salt Lake, Sector V, we are at the heart of Bengal's technology ecosystem.
Our chapter regularly organises technical seminars, workshops, symposia, conferences, and expert lectures in collaboration with universities, research institutes, industries, and government bodies. We act as a bridge between academia and industry, facilitating knowledge exchange and professional development.
The chapter is also deeply engaged in student development, with active Student Forums in engineering colleges across West Bengal, encouraging young engineers to participate in technical competitions, projects, and events.
To be the premier professional body that drives the advancement of electronics, telecommunication, and information technology for the benefit of society, industry, and the nation.
